Cancellation Policy

As a small business owner, it’s important for me to have policies in place that protect my time and schedule. This allows my business to run smoothly and continue providing the best possible service. While I truly understand that life happens, this policy is in place to protect the time I’ve dedicated just for you. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer that time to someone else who may be in need of care. My goal is always to provide the best experience possible for each of my guests, and these policies helps me do just that. Once you book an appointment with me you agree to the policy below. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, anything within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours or the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service. • No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service, and to rebook, I will require a credit card on file along with a non-refundable deposit equal to half the cost of the service being booked. • If you arrive 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added. In some cases, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to service you and it would be considered a no-show and the no show policy will be in effect. These policies aren’t meant as a punishment—they’re in place to help protect my time and schedule, not just for myself but for everyone who supports my small business. The policy allows me to run my business smoothly and help ensure I can continue to provide the best experience possible. I truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support!
