Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected circumstances arise and certain situations will be excused, but to ensure the smooth operation of my business and to respect everyone’s time, I have implemented the following structured policies:
1. 48-Hour Policy:
Appointments canceled or adjusted within 48 hours of the scheduled time will pay a fee of 50% of the original appointment cost. A credit card will also be required on file for all future appointments made.
2. 24-Hour Policy or No-Show:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or failure to show up will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. For future bookings, a nonrefundable deposit up to half the service cost will be required along with a credit card on file.
3. Late Arrival Fee:
Arrivals 10–15 minutes late may be subject to a $20 late fee. If tardiness disrupts the schedule, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and the 24-Hour/No-Show Policy will apply.
These policies are in place to protect my time, honor the schedules of other clients, and maintain the integrity of my business. While I strive to be understanding of certain circumstances, open communication is key. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
